Experience: 2 to 4 years of sales experience Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned sectors. Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales deals effectively. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Market Research: 1. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and market trends. 2. Develop sales strategies based on research and competitive insights. 3. Reporting and Data Management. 4. Prepare sales forecasts and reports using advanced Excel. 5. Manage and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement. Client Interaction: 1. Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi. 2. Negotiate terms and pricing to meet both client and company needs. 3. Presentation and Communication. 4. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations using PowerPoint. 5. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Convincing power and ability to handle objections effectively. Pleasing personality and professional demeanour. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel. Fluency in English and Hindi.
