About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead financial consulting and advisory initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate finance, strategic planning, and governance, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management and clients.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams, design sophisticated financial models, and shape long-term financial strategies that support sustainable profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced financial models, including DCF, ROI, and scenario-based analysis.
• Provide strategic advisory and actionable insights to senior leadership for key business decisions.
• Lead financial consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build executive dashboards and performance scorecards to enable data-driven governance.
• Ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous process improvement across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or financial management.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial analytics software.
