Job Title: FP&A Senior Manager

Total Experience: 15-18 years

Qualification: MBA Finance or CA (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, providing actionable insights to support business strategy and growth decisions.
Financial Analysis & Performance Management:
Drive variance analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting to improve profitability and cost optimization.
Business Partnering & People Leadership:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while leading and developing a team of
8–12 FP&A professionals
.
Process Excellence & Automation:
Strengthen FP&A processes through standardization, financial modeling, and automation to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
