Job Summary

Responsible for strategizing, designing and implementing objective and contextual people processes for few of the corporate functions. Streamlining existing practices to ensure high & positive internal customer experienceApproximate Headcount Accountability: 800+ India.

Areas Of Responsibility

Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

Driving manpower planning and budgeting for the functionEnsuring quick TAT in terms of approvals and joining of candidateWorking with the business teams in defining the MPRPart of the panel for the interview and selection processInvolved in any external benchmarking of role, where neededEnsuring faster approvals by pro-actively providing role information needed for approvalLiaise with talent acquisition team to get the right candidateEnsuring internal parity in terms of grade, experience and compensation

Confirmation

Partner with business to give feedback to employees, in cases where confirmation is extendedEnsure timely confirmation closuresProvide feedback to talent acquisition team for ‘bad’ hiring decisions

Performance Management

Work with leaders and data team in defining the goal templates with objective metricsSeek and include feedback from role holders on templateFacilitating workshops with employees to ensure objective metricsOrientation on system understanding for all modulesEnsure timely completion of KRA updates online, through dashboards and reportsEnsuring new joiners update goals within 3 months of joiningDriving managers and leaders to complete appraisals, along with performance conversationsPartnering in difficult conversations with managersWorking with leaders on their team’s normalization with all data facts necessary to make decision [business wise performance, Organization performance, employee details]Working with Business leader to seek any exception approval and escalationsDefining and implementing an objective process for role change / promotionCommunicating with employees at appropriate stages during the processEnsure timeline closure of all process

Talent Management & Learning & Development

Facilitating talent movementsIdentifying and developing talent and successors in the functionDriving cross movement of talentDriving impactful learning programs – both functional and behavioral

Exit Management

Ensuring all relevant teams are timely informed of exitsEngaging in retention conversations where requiredEngaging in exit interview to understand feedback and improvement areasEnsuring exit formalities for the employee is smoothIn cases of PIP, engaging in exit conversation with the employee, along with the managerWorking with managers to update MPR

Management Trainee Program

Managing the end to end process and experience for Management Trainees & summer internsEnsuring meaningful projects are assigned, both from the interns and the organizations point of viewFacilitating mid-term and final reviewsDeciding and facilitating on any PPO that needs to be madeProviding feedback to interns or guides where needed

Employee Engagement

Regular connect & FGD with employees and leadersDrive Employee Voice Initiatives though surveysPlan & Execute Engagement Activities – culture, wellness, recognition etc.Analyze Engagement Data & TrendsPartner with Leaders for Action Planning

Data And System Maintenance

Ensuring timely & accurate employee databaseEnsuring all systems capture correct information of employeesUpdating OneHR and Metis [through HR Ops] team on any changesEnsuring negligible TAT for resolving queriesResolving employee’s queries around leaves, insurance, approvals, system, policies, etc

Analytics As Required

Providing various analytics, hiring, attrition, talent, employee demographics, as needed

Drive any additional project of the function or overall organization, as called upon
