Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior and architectural designs.
• Prepare detailed

  2D drawings, 3D models, and working drawings

  .
• Guide the selection of

  materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings

  aligned with design intent and functionality.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to achieve excellence in delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven work culture.

Project Ownership & Execution

• Take complete ownership of projects from

  concept development to final handover

  .
• Independently manage

  site visits, execution coordination, and design modifications

  .
• Ensure projects are delivered

  on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

  .

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements.
• Present design concepts confidently and manage feedback loops professionally.
• Coordinate with

  contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams

  to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Design Innovation & Compliance

• Develop creative yet practical design solutions for diverse project typologies.
• Stay updated with

  latest design trends, materials, construction techniques, and technologies

  .
• Ensure designs comply with

  budget constraints, statutory norms, and project requirements

  .

Material Selection & Cost Control

• Research and recommend materials balancing

  aesthetics, durability, and cost efficiency

  .
• Assist in budgeting, BOQ review, and cost optimization without compromising design quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and quality control.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

• Proactively address on-site challenges and resolve design or execution issues.
• Adapt to scope changes and execution constraints with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Architecture / Interior Design

  or a related field.

• 5+ years

  of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  residential and commercial projects

  .
• Proven ability to

  lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit

  , and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of

  building materials, construction methods, detailing, and sustainable design practices

  .
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle end-to-end project execution.
