Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-outs About us DAZOR Construction is a dynamic and growing company in Gurugram specializing in Trunkey Interior and exterior design solutions, home renovations, remodelling, project estimation and execution, civil work, painting, commercial offices renovation, builder floor constructions, HVAC, fire-fighting work, Electrical, Plumbing and MS fabrication work. we aim to deliver innovative and aesthetic designs tailored to our clients’ unique preferences and needs, we are also expanding our digital presence and sales efforts to reach a broader audience Location: Dazor construction and Interiors, 1st floor, Spaze corporate park, Tulip chowk, Sector 69, Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4+ Years (Preferred) Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Project Manager – Interior & Construction to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior and construction projects. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing BOQs, coordinating with designers, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring timely, quality-driven project delivery and handover. Key Responsibilities: · Client Onboarding & Requirement Gathering · Interact with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and budget. · Translate client inputs into clear project briefs and scopes of work. Project Planning & Estimation · Prepare accurate and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on designs and client inputs. · Create project timelines, milestones, and work schedules. · Design Coordination · Collaborate with the in-house design team and/or external consultants to align designs with client expectations and site feasibility. · Ensure all design documentation is complete, approved, and executable. Execution & Site Management · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for seamless execution. · Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to timelines, and safety standards. · Resolve any on-ground issues swiftly and professionally. Procurement & Vendor Management · Source materials and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. · Maintain documentation and oversee quality checks for incoming materials. · Client Communication & Updates · Serve as the single point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle. · Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and handle any change requests. Final Handover · Conduct site inspections and snag checks. · Ensure completion of all finishing tasks and client sign-off. · Handover project with all relevant documentation, warranties, and manuals. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. · Proven experience (5+ years) in managing end-to-end interior fit-out and construction projects. · Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior materials, and industry standards. · Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. · Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. · Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
