Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage the recruitment and selection process, and bridge management and employee relations. The role includes tasks such as supporting current and future business needs, nurturing a positive working environment, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. The manager will also be involved in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in the technology or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
