In this role, you will:

✨ Lead the complete HR spectrum — Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

Founder and Leadership Team

✨ Design and implement impactful HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding experiences that reflect elegance, precision, and pride.

✨ Strengthen a performance-driven, inclusive, and sophisticated work culture.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ MBA in Human Resources or related field.

✔️ 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the Luxury, Premium Retail, or High-Growth Startup

✔️ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.

✔️ Passion for working in a creative, fast-paced, and people-first environment.
