Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management — including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and organizational growth. The role calls for a proactive leader who can align people strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention programs
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards structures
• Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations
• Drive learning, development, and culture-building initiatives
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in technical or project-based industries
• Proven experience managing HR operations and people development initiatives
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
