The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and fostering a high-performance and people-centric culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational growth Oversee end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition processes Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture Manage Performance Management systems and processes Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements Administer compensation and benefits programs effectively Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience in a broad HR role Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Excellent understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance Ability to drive culture, engagement, and performance initiatives
