About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter for our Ahmedabad based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, and coordinating interview processes to ensure the best talent is brought onboard. Key Responsibilities Source and screen resumes using multiple job portals, social platforms, and search engines. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates in coordination with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular reports on hiring progress. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably within a similar industry. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office tools and ATS systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience recruiting in [Insert Industry, if applicable].
