About the Role

HR Recruiter for our Ahmedabad based client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen resumes using multiple job portals, social platforms, and search engines.
  • Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and ATS systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience recruiting in [Insert Industry, if applicable].
