* Conduct cold calling to identify and engage suitable candidates
* Source candidates through job portals and professional platforms
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
* Handle BPO and lateral hiring as per client requirements
Requirements
* Experience: 0 to 3 years in recruitment (BPO hiring preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
