Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Foster employee engagement and a positive work culture
Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback cycles
Plan and manage training and development programs
Ensure legal compliance and enforce HR policies
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Track and report HR metrics to leadership
Guide and mentor junior HR team members
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
5+ years of HR experience (with 2+ years in a senior/lead role)
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HR tools and Microsoft Office
