Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. This role is key to developing a high-performing team, fostering a healthy work culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring requirements and build talent pipelines.
• Optimize hiring strategies using free and paid job portals.

Onboarding & Learning

• Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new employees.
• Design and implement learning and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and transparent work environment.
• Lead engagement initiatives and manage employee communications.

Performance Management

• Develop and maintain performance review processes and tools.
• Assist managers in setting goals, KPIs, and growth plans.
• Address performance issues through structured feedback and coaching.

Compensation & Benefits

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.

Policy Development

• Communicate policies clearly and ensure uniform enforcement.

Health & Safety

• Promote workplace safety and a healthy work environment.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of safety protocols.

Culture & Retention

• Organize wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building events.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Strategic HR Leadership

• Contribute to data-driven HR planning and analytics.
• Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
