Senior Human Resource Executive

As a knowledgeable individual in employment laws and regulations, you will utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle the prime responsibility of Pre and Post Recruitment Processes. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop sourcing strategies that align with their recruitment needs. Diversifying recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, will be key to attracting a wide range of candidates. Your role will involve conducting thorough screening and assessments to ensure applicants meet the necessary qualifications and cultural fit. Conducting both in-person and virtual interviews, you will evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential. Throughout the selection process, you will provide valuable guidance to hiring managers, including recommendations on candidate selection. Facilitating the offer process, you will negotiate compensation packages and assist with onboarding procedures. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition will be essential to continuously enhancing recruitment strategies. Moreover, you will drive Employee Engagement Activities and conduct training sessions for staff and value-adders. Familiarity with HRMS is desirable for this role.
