Senior Human Resource Executive

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. This includes overseeing recruitment processes such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. You will also be in charge of maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing employee benefits and compensation packages. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and addressing employee relations issues are also part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management, and managing employee separation processes. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with 6 to 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential. As an HR Manager, you must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund, a day shift or fixed shift schedule, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and requires in-person work.
