Senior Human Resource Executive

As an HR professional at our hospital, your role will involve diverse responsibilities to support our staff and ensure compliance with various regulations. Here is a summary of what you can expect in this position: - **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and administration, recruitment and onboarding, statutory compliance and audits, employee relations and engagement, training and performance support. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee HRMS data accuracy and employee record updates. - Handle employee queries and provide HR support. - Maintain staff files, ID cards, and ensure adherence to internal HR processes. - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various positions. - Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and statutory HR documentation. - Assist during internal and external HR audits. - Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and manage shift schedules. - Support employee grievance handling and organize staff welfare programs. - Conduct exit formalities, collect feedback, and prepare separation documents. - Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. - Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance documentation. - **Qualification Required:** - In-depth knowledge of HR operations in hospital/healthcare environments. - Familiarity with HRMS tools and hospital information systems. - Strong understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and accreditation requirements. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. - Ability to manage large, diverse workforces and handle confidential information with discretion.
