Senior Human Resource Executive

The Senior HR Executive will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment (70%) while also supporting key HR operational activities (30%). This role requires strong stakeholder management, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for all levels, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and closing.
  
• Create and publish job postings across portals, social platforms, and internal referral channels.
  
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  
• Conduct HR interviews to assess candidate fitment, communication, and salary expectations.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback.
  
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
  
• Track recruitment metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and closure percentages.
  
• Support in walk-ins, and recruitment drives as needed.
  
• Support onboarding activities including documentation.
  
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems (HRMS/Keka).
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, surveys, and communications.
  
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers as required.
  

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (Keka preferred).
  
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 4 - 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  
• Experience in high-volume hiring preferred.
