Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality and compliance of user-generated content across platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive user experience by removing or flagging inappropriate or harmful content while adhering to community guidelines and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content (including text, images, videos) across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines. Identify and report content that violates platform rules, including harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. Ensure content aligns with the platform's safety and quality standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Provide timely feedback and escalate content issues to the senior moderation team when necessary. Qualifications: Education : Any Graduates and Above Experience : 2+ years of experience into Content Moderation Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain impartial and objective in decision-making. Comfortable working with a variety of content types and sensitive material.

Experience 2+ years (as a Team leader in relevant industry) Location: Hyderabad-Madhapur Role and Key Responsibilities: • Managing a team of 20 to 25 FTE's • To understand the process and SLA • Ability to gauge the caliber of agents and identify training needs • Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives (Absenteeism, Attrition control) that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency Prerequisites are excellent communication and experience in dealing with intellectual property laws/guidelines. • Ensure that the internal/external targets are met and the team shows continual improvement month on month. • The role holder will be accountable for self-performances of the team he is aligned to • Communicate effectively with the client to resolve issues and disseminate updates on the floor. • Client, Customer & People Management • Effective performance planning for self and team and time management and skill to self- organize • Ability to achieve stretch targets and take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations • Handle escalations for the team • Quality and Process Improvement Initiatives • Ensure feedback for the process/Continuous Process improvement • Team's Career Planning/manage team performance & expectation • Evaluation of operational practices and procedures • Participate in client call, calibration calls • Should meet self productivity target month on month Key skills & knowledge: • Content moderation experience is mandatory • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good excel and presentation Skills • Should be willing to work in shifts, Sat/Sun (24/7) along with split weekly off. Qualifications: Education : Any Graduate Experience : Freshers or Experienced having prior experience in content moderation. Responsibilities: Use the Client tool to review sets of similar products. Analyze and compare product specifications (RAM, storage, processor, screen size, etc.) using built-in filters and manual review. Accurately label or group products that are truly identical in core specifications, regardless of superficial differences like color. Flag inconsistencies and provide feedback when specifications are unclear or mismatched. Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency throughout the labeling process. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to compare nuanced product specifications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English. Basic understanding of tech product specs (especially laptops, electronics, etc.) is preferred. Prior experience with data labeling tools or working in annotation projects is an advantage. Comfort working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.
