Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality and compliance of user-generated content across platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive user experience by removing or flagging inappropriate or harmful content while adhering to community guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content (including text, images, videos) across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines.
Identify and report content that violates platform rules, including harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.
Ensure content aligns with the platform's safety and quality standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide timely feedback and escalate content issues to the senior moderation team when necessary.

Qualifications:

Education
: Any Graduates and Above

Experience
: 2+ years of experience into Content Moderation

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain impartial and objective in decision-making.
Comfortable working with a variety of content types and sensitive material.
