RRD GO CREATIVE is currentlyseeking Customer Support Associate for the Creative Communications division in Chennai.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Providing high quality, real\-timeassistance to clients to support their projects.

Communicating with the client tounderstand requirements, setting expectations, and making sure that theexpectations are met.

Communicatingthe client requirement to the production team.

Overseeing theproduction process and the delivering the output as committed.

Adhering to theinternal metrics.
