HR BPO Recruitment (Full-Time)

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage end-to-end BPO hiring while also overseeing basic employee handling and onboarding activities. The role involves 80% recruitment responsibilities and 20% operational HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete recruitment cycle for BPO and support functions.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met.
  • Drive sourcing through portals, referrals, social media, NGO's and internal databases.
  • Conduct telephonic screening, shortlist candidates, and manage interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Monitor funnel metrics: sourced, screened, shortlisted, selected, offered, joined.
  • Handle salary negotiation within internal compensation guidelines.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Support onboarding activities: document collection, joining formalities, orientation.
  • Address basic employee queries related to attendance, shift, leaves, and HR policies.
  • Ensure smooth handover of new joiners to the HR Operations/Training team.
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention activities for BPO teams.
  • Coordinate with payroll and operations teams for timely updates.

  • Strong knowledge of high-volume hiring and recruitment tools/portals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, onboarding, and employee-handling practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
