Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter About Us: Uphire Talent Solutions is India’s first market-based recruitment company, helping businesses connect with the right talent through innovative and result-driven hiring strategies. We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior HR Recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and contribute to building strong client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. Work on diverse industry requirements including IT, Non-IT, and leadership hiring. Manage client coordination to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines. Source candidates using various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals. Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve team targets. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience. Generate reports on recruitment performance and share insights for process improvement. Requirements: 0–4 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job portals). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple mandates. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Nice to Have: Experience in leadership hiring added advantage. Exposure to recruitment in multiple industries (IT & Non-IT). Team-handling experience. Why Join Us?
