Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting Axis Bank products such as Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and other banking services. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services based on their requirements. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goal. Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide accurate product information and assist in the completion of application forms. Stay updated on product features, offers, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
