Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring their effective performance. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to hiring. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans. Performance Management: Manage the performance management system, including performance appraisals and feedback. Training and Development: Identify and manage training and development needs, ensuring employee growth. HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover, cost-per-hire, and engagement scores. Budget Management: Manage the HR budget and ensure responsible financial planning. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and leaders to support HR initiatives. Employee Engagement: Focus on employee engagement, retention, and motivation. Workplace Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
