Job Description

Job Description Generate leads through school/college visits, tele-calling, social media, and email. Meet with engineering colleges, corporate clients, and students to promote design software courses. Conduct counseling sessions and convert inquiries into admissions. Prepare and maintain sales funnel and reports (daily/weekly/monthly). Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, college events, and industrial visits. Develop strong relations with students and stakeholders to generate referrals. Negotiate with vendors for promotional activities. Plan and deliver demos, expert lectures, and staff upskilling sessions in industries. Collaborate with counselors to follow up on leads and ensure conversions. Sign MOUs with colleges/universities for assessment and training programs. Key Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English required). Strong sales, negotiation, and counseling abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented, multi-tasker, and quick learner. Good command over MS Office, CRM/ERP tools preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
