"Sales Executive"

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive & Team Leader to join our team at Muthoot Honda BigWing, Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should be passionate about two-wheelers, possess excellent communication skills, and have a flair for building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and explain vehicle features and specifications.
• Provide detailed information on available motorcycle models, variants, pricing, and offers.
• Follow up with leads generated through various sources (walk-ins, calls, digital).
• Guide customers through the entire sales process — from enquiry to delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the finance team to support customers with loan/EMI options.
• Maintain and update the customer database for future follow-ups.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler features and specifications.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge for updating CRM or Excel sheets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Degree
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
• Two-wheeler license is mandatory.
