Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and driven Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function and champion our people-first culture. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who is not only experienced in core HR functions but also excited to shape the future of an organization creating real environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals
• Lead and execute strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Drive recruitment of mid to senior-level professionals across departments
• Oversee onboarding, training, and leadership development programs

Performance & Culture

• Implement performance management systems that foster growth and accountability
• Build a high-performance culture with focus on employee engagement and well-being

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
• Continuously improve HR policies and maintain accurate employee documentation

Employee Relations & Support

• Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and career development
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

MBA in Human Resources (from a recognized institution)
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectorsStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsHands-on experience with HR software, compliance, and statutory obligationsA proactive, grounded, and people-centric mindset
