Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Noida Department: Human Resources Reporting To: CEO/Director Working Days :- 06 Days Website :- www.lmservices.in Address :- A-151, sector 136, Noida, 201304 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Head with 5-10 years of expertise in the telecommunications industry, managing all HR functions, including Performance Management Systems (PMS), Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing HR policies to align with the dynamic needs of the telecom sector. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement PMS frameworks tailored to the telecom industry's evolving workforce. * Oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, retention, and productivity. * Ensure compliance with telecom-specific labor laws, payroll regulations, PF, ESIC, and statutory obligations. * Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top telecom professionals. * Manage end-to-end HR operations, including policies, grievance handling, and employee relations specific to telecom industry challenges. * Drive learning & development programs to upskill employees in line with telecom advancements. * Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: * MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. * 5-10 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in the telecom sector. * Strong knowledge of PMS, HR policies, telecom labor compliance, and workforce dynamics. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Experience handling high-volume recruitment and regulatory requirements in telecom.
