Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resource Leader, located in Bhilwara. The role involves strategic planning, Implementing HR activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The leader will also oversee Organization Structuring, Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Industrial relations, Recruitment, Compliance, Learning & Development, Administration, Employee Engagement to support the growth and maintenance of a positive work environment.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the HR department's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including developing sourcing strategies, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Establish and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Identify training needs and develop employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all levels of government.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Manage legal matters related to employment, such as discrimination claims or labor disputes.
  • Forecast future workforce needs and develop strategies for recruiting and retaining talent.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data to make informed decisions and track key HR metrics.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Develop and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Lead HR-related change initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development among human resource department personnel.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or textiles industry is a plus
