Role & responsibilities Proven track record in export marketing within the textile or fabric industry, with experience handling high-volume international sales Strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction, with a consultative approach to building long-term client relationships. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, especially in cross-cultural and cross-border environments. Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' activities Identify and pursue opportunities for new customers and markets. Oversee the management of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development among personnel involved in sales and marketing.
