WE ARE HIRING FOR HR EXECUTIVE IMMEDIATE JOINER

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Viman Nagar Pune

Shift Time: 6PM -3 AM Or 5 PM- 2 AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated HR advisor for employee relations, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.
  • Facilitate Oversee end-to-end onboarding, induction, and orientation processes; maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in HRMS/ATS
  • Administer employee benefits, attendance and leave management
  • Manage grievance redressal to ensure a positive and compliant work environment and escalate issues timely as & when needed
  • Act as backup for payroll processing, including data updates, incentive pay, attendance tracking, and benefits changes.
  • Maintain, update, and audit employee records for compliance and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Design and analyze employee satisfaction surveys; develop action plans to improve retention and morale.
  • Plan, lead and execute the employee engagement initiatives, events, and annual engagement calendars.
  • Drive employer branding through social media platforms.
  • Support general HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and recommend the best practices of HR for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s/HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management systems, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and MS Office. Hrone experience would be plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Experience in employee engagement, employer branding, and training initiatives.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
