Job Opening: Senior HR Executive VIMS Gajraula

About the Role:

Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
, including faculty and non-teaching staff, with a strong focus on timely hiring as per institutional requirements.
Ensure complete compliance with
NMC norms, guidelines, and documentation
.
Handle joining formalities, induction, attendance, and in line with regulatory standards.
Maintain and update HR policies, files, and statutory documentation.
Support performance evaluation, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Assist in inspections, audits, and compliance-related activities for NMC and other regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2
–5 years of HR experience
, preferably in a
Medical College
setup.
Mandatory:
Strong understanding of
NMC rules, compliance processes, and documentation
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage recruitment under tight timelines.
