Job Requirements And Responsibilities

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process
Responsible for the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retireKeep track of PAN India employee attendance.Prepare payroll along with taking care of required complianceOversee and manage a performance appraisal systemDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications / Skills

Proven working experience as HR Executive
Degree in Human Resources or related fieldPeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyKnowledge of legal compliances and Hr best practice
