Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
• Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Supervise attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Prepare and process payroll in coordination with the accounts department.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor statutory compliance – PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labor laws.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal processes.
• Organize training, development, and team-building programs.
• Prepare HR reports and submit them to management regularly.
• Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Ensure hygienic, safe, and positive working conditions for employees.
• Manage administrative roles like transport, security, housekeeping, and office upkeep.
• Coordinate and ensure the daily requirement of labour is met by bringing in daily wage workers from nearby villages/towns as per production demand.
• Liaise with local labor contractors or placement agents for sourcing daily workers.
• Ensure proper attendance and payment records are maintained for all daily workers and Employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
