Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Infobip, you will be a part of a team that values creativity, persistence, and innovation, believing in achieving greater heights through teamwork. Your role will involve shaping and executing people strategies to drive organizational outcomes, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, and leading complex people initiatives. You will play a crucial role in driving business performance through people strategy and ensuring that the culture, capabilities, and operating model evolve in line with the company's growth. This fast-paced and high-growth environment requires someone who is strategic, action-oriented, and thrives under pressure. - Partner with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies to drive organizational outcomes. - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. - Act as a culture carrier by embedding agile ways of working across teams. - Lead complex people initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, team performance, and reorganizations. - Utilize data and insights to challenge assumptions, identify trends, and drive evidence-based decisions. - Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, etc.) to deliver suitable people solutions. - Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with focus and clarity. - Build trust quickly, influence without authority, and effectively engage with senior stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role. - Post Graduate or Masters in Human Resource Management. - Proven experience in agile, matrixed, or fast-scaling environments, with a preference for tech, digital, or start-up/scale-up experience. - Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people decisions to commercial impact. - Exceptional EQ, influencing skills, and executive presence. - Experience in managing complexity such as organizational change, rapid growth, or cultural transformation. - Proficiency in data and people analytics, particularly in Excel. - Possess a proactive and energetic mindset, with a focus on making things happen rather than waiting for them.
