Senior Healthcare Recruiter - Australia

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team in India, specialising in the recruitment of Senior Medical Consultants for hospitals and healthcare organisations in Australia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and place Senior Medical Consultants in permanent positions with Australian hospitals and healthcare organisations
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Australian healthcare industry, including hospital administrators, medical directors, and other key decision-makers
• Utilise a range of recruitment strategies, including head-hunting, advertising, and social media, to attract top medical talent
• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for client requirements
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices in healthcare recruitment
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client briefing to candidate placement and onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international healthcare recruitment, with a focus on permanent recruitment of Senior Medical Consultants
• Proven track record of success in recruiting hard-to-find medical talent for Australian hospitals and healthcare organisations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
• Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry, including hospital systems, medical specialties, and healthcare regulations
• Experience with head-hunting techniques, including search and selection, and the ability to think creatively and outside the box
