Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in the Middle East/Gulf region. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, in the healthcare sector, (particularly in the Middle East/Gulf region/US/UK/Europe). Proven experience in recruiting nurses and doctors and deploying nurses from India to overseas positions. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Middle East/Gulf region. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector. Multilingual capabilities.
