About the Role:

Project Associate (Master Trainer)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for healthcare workers on influenza and adult vaccination protocols.
Lead sensitisation activities for high-risk and vulnerable populations, driving awareness about the importance of vaccination.
Coordinate and conduct community outreach initiatives, including vaccination information corners and awareness campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with local health authorities and program partners to ensure effective implementation.
Travel extensively within assigned blocks/districts to oversee field activities and ensure smooth program delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree/Diploma in
Medicine, Nursing, or Public Health
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in the
local language
will be an advantage.
12 years of experience in
health training
,
public health initiatives
, or
community outreach
preferred.
Freshers,
ASHAs
, and
Frontline Health Workers (FLWs)
are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
