Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Consulting at Cognizant Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and optimization of healthcare consulting products and services for our clients. You will need to leverage your deep understanding of the healthcare industry to translate client needs into actionable product requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and market needs. - Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to reflect the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. - Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. - Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure the team understands the product goals and requirements. - Coordinate product releases, including planning, execution, and post-release evaluation. - Monitor product performance metrics and risks to drive continuous improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the product competitive and innovative. **Qualifications:** - Education: MBA, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). - Experience: - 5+ years in Healthcare domain as a Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role. - Healthcare experience in D-SNP, Claims, Enrolment, Encounters, Medicare, Medicaid, Interoperability, PBM, Providers, etc. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools. - Skills: - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
