Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Healthcare Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment of nurses for Germany . This role requires deep knowledge of the German healthcare system, including the Anerkennung (qualification recognition) process, language requirements, and international onboarding procedures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fulfilling staffing needs for healthcare employers in Germany by sourcing, guiding, and placing qualified nursing professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for German nursing projects, from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through digital platforms, professional networks, and nursing institutions. Support candidates through the Anerkennung process , including document submission and coordination with German authorities. Coordinate with language training partners to ensure candidates meet B1/B2 German proficiency levels. Work closely with German healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and assist with offer and relocation processes. Maintain accurate data using ATS and CRM systems; track performance metrics and recruitment KPIs. Provide mentorship to junior recruiters and share expertise in German healthcare recruitment. Stay updated on relevant healthcare regulations, immigration policies, and labor market trends in Germany. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or international recruitment, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Germany . Strong knowledge of German nurse recognition processes (Anerkennung) , licensing, and visa requirements. Proficiency in English; working knowledge of German is a strong advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple international recruitment projects efficiently. Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience working with German clients or candidates. Prior exposure to language training programs or relocation support services.
