Job Title: Creative Team Lead Location: Kochi Department: Marketing Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and strategic Creative Team Lead to lead our creative team in crafting compelling visual and narrative brand stories. This role is integral to building a strong, cohesive brand identity and delivering exceptional campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can translate business objectives into creative strategies, driving brand recognition and engagement across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development Develop and execute a robust brand strategy to establish and elevate the companys market presence. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align creative efforts with broader business goals. Creative Direction & Campaign Oversight Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including print, digital, video, and experiential media. Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to designers, writers, and other creative team members to achieve outstanding results. Team Leadership & Collaboration Inspire and manage a dynamic team of creative professionals Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales etc.) to ensure seamless integration of creative initiatives. Mentor and develop talent within the creative team, identifying opportunities for growth and upskilling. Trend Analysis & Innovation Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation. Experiment with new creative formats, channels, and ideas to push the boundaries of traditional branding. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior creative or branding role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative campaigns and brand-building initiatives. Skills & Competencies Exceptional ability to translate brand vision into compelling creative strategies. Strong expertise in visual design, storytelling, and branding principles. Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams. Analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and adapt strategies as needed.
