Role Description

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will cover the full spectrum of our creative needs, including:

• Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling:

  Crafting compelling narratives through visuals.

• Photo Manipulation & Retouching:

  Polishing images to a professional standard.

• Brand Identity & Logo Creation:

  Developing unique and memorable brand identities from scratch.

• Social Media Content Design:

  Creating engaging graphics for various social platforms.

• Print & Digital Collateral:

  Designing flyers, posters, and banners for both online and offline use.

• Packaging Design:

  Conceptualizing and designing product packaging.

• Motion Graphics:

  Creating basic animations and reels.

• Web & UI Graphics:

  Designing web banners, icons, and mockups.

• Basic Video Editing:

  Assembling reels, montages, and short-form video content.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality brand work, ad design, and layout skills.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• A solid understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with both digital content and traditional print design (posters, billboards).
• A proactive, organized team player who is comfortable working independently.
• A leadership mindset with the initiative to guide others and build a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bonus:

  Video editing or motion design experience.
