Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist who can bridge the gap between big ideas and measurable results. This role calls for a strategic thinker who can diagnose a company’s challenges, uncover opportunities, and turn insights into innovative marketing solutions. You should have experience in the creative industry, a background in research, and strong skills in data management and marketing tools. Your focus will be on connecting creativity with strategy, ensuring campaigns don’t just look good—they perform.


Responsibilities

  • Analyse client needs, market trends, and audience insights to create actionable marketing strategies.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that align with brand goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure concepts are strategically sound and on-brand.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, making recommendations for optimisation.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and interpret marketing data to guide decisions and strategy development.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing tools, platforms, and trends.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative marketing, preferably in a strategist or brand-focused role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Brand Strategist, or similar role in a creative or marketing agency.
  • Understanding and experience working within the creative field and collaborating with individuals in graphic design, advertising, and film.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Background in research, data management, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in equal measure.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
