Were looking for a Creative Director with proven experience leading creative direction for an agency or company, someone whos not just managed projects but shaped brands from the ground up. Youll be responsible for developing and evolving brand identities, building core creative elements, and ensuring design and storytelling work hand-in-hand to make a lasting impact. This role calls for someone well-versed in branding, graphic design, copywriting, photography, film, digital content, social media, motion graphics, and other creative disciplines. You should be able to generate bold ideas and translate them into a comprehensive brand story, using every medium available. A strong understanding of creative marketing is essential to ensure that every concept not only looks great but drives real results for the brand. Responsibilities Lead the creative vision from concept through execution across all projects. Develop and refine brand identities, visual systems, and messaging strategies. Manage workflows, prioritize projects, and ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate closely with clients, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life. Oversee and mentor a team of designers, editors, and creatives. Provide hands-on input using industry-standard creative software when needed.
