About Us

We are a fast-growing UGC-driven Digital Marketing Agency, helping brands grow with impactful storytelling, creative campaigns, and performance-driven strategies. We are looking for a Head of Brand Strategy & Creative Growth who will lead our brand strategy, digital campaigns, and content direction to help clients scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop brand identity, tonality, and positioning for client brands.
  • Create strategies that align with business goals (sales, leads, engagement, visibility).
  • Content & Campaign Direction
  • Ideate what kind of reels, posts, and content themes should be created.
  • Spot trends, hashtags, and keywords for maximum engagement.
  • Build monthly content calendars & campaign roadmaps.
  • Creative Leadership
  • Guide video editors, graphic designers, and UGC creators on execution.
  • Approve creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Suggest formats for viral reels, storytelling posts, influencer collabs.
  • Performance & Growth Integration
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align creative with ads strategy.
  • Suggest content hooks for higher ROAS and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Client & Team Collaboration
  • Act as the brand voice consultant for clients.
  • Present strategies & creative directions in client meetings.
  • Mentor junior strategists/creatives in the team.

Key Skills Required

✅ Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, UGC, and Social Media Trends (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok-like content, etc.)
✅ Proven experience in brand strategy & campaign planning
✅ Creative thinker with ability to turn ideas into scalable strategies
✅ Knowledge of performance marketing basics (FB Ads, Google Ads, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
✅ Strong communication & presentation skills✅ Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Performance Marketers, Designers, Video Editors)
✅ Analytical mindset to measure impact of strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
