Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, your job will be to turn ideas into creative and eye-catching visuals. You’ll work on everything from YouTube thumbnails to full campaign presentations - helping brands connect with people through powerful design. If you love experimenting with design, staying updated on trends, and leading creative projects, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create attractive designs for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media (thumbnails, posts, banners, stories, etc.).
• Make pitch decks, client presentations, and campaign visuals that tell clear stories.
• Design website banners and other visuals that match the brand’s style.
• Work with video editors, motion designers, and content teams to build complete campaigns.
• Maintain and update the visual identity for clients — including films, web series, music, and digital projects.
• Stay updated on design trends, Gen Z culture, and new content formats.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, review their work, and ensure top quality.

Requirements :

• 4+ years of experience in digital or creative design (preferably in media or entertainment).
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Experience making pitch decks and client presentations.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling for YouTube or OTT platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• (Bonus) Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
