Strategy and Operations Analyst

As a Strategy and Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include diving into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning with data-backed insights. You will also be responsible for generating monthly research reports and translating numbers into actionable insights for key business decisions. Your role will involve building and refining performance dashboards across product, sales, and operations, as well as implementing personalization strategies to deliver tailored user experiences based on behavior and segmentation. You will explore AI tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows and recommend efficiency-driven enhancements across teams. Collaboration will be key in your role, as you will liaise with product, tech, ops, and growth teams to ensure aligned execution. You will also support in running small-scale experiments focused on product improvement and growth, tracking metrics, and recommending iterations based on learnings. Additionally, you will work directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives, taking ownership of strategic tasks across internal operations, reporting, and special projects. The ideal candidate for this role is a semi-qualified CA with 2 years of experience, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup setup, with good business acumen and a curiosity to understand how each team contributes to growth. If you have experience in a similar internship or analyst role, particularly in startups, VC firms, consulting, or founder offices, it would be a plus.
