Strategy and Operations Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the team as a Strategy and Operations Analyst, where you will be responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, building performance dashboards, implementing personalization strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, running growth experiments, and working on founder-led projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and campaigns. - Dive into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. - Build and refine performance dashboards across product, sales, and operations for actionable insights. - Implement personalization strategies and explore AI tools for workflow streamlining. - Collaborate with product, tech, ops, and growth teams for aligned execution and communication. - Support in running growth experiments and track metrics for iterative improvements. - Work directly with founders on high-priority initiatives across internal operations and special projects. Qualification Required: - Semi-qualified CA with 2 years of experience. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. - Comfortable in a startup environment with shifting priorities. - Good business acumen and curiosity to understand team contributions to growth. - Self-starter attitude with experience in similar roles being a plus.,
