The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and sophisticated female Brand Ambassador to be the face of Tea Stories at our exclusive promotional kiosk inside Cocoa Caffe. You will be responsible for creating a memorable and engaging brand experience for every customer by hosting daily tea tasting sessions, sharing the unique stories behind our teas, and driving sales. This is a key role that requires a blend of elegant salesmanship, compelling storytelling, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Guided Tea Tastings: Proactively invite customers to experience our teas, guiding them through the tasting process and explaining the unique flavor profiles of our different single-estate varieties. Be a Storyteller: Articulately narrate the Tea Stories brand story, the heritage of our estates in Munnar, and the journey of our tea from the garden to the cup. Drive Sales: Actively promote and sell our retail packs from the kiosk, confidently explaining the value and quality of each product to achieve sales targets. Customer Engagement: Build a warm and welcoming atmosphere, answer customer questions with expertise, and create a positive, lasting impression of the brand. Kiosk Management: Ensure the tasting station and sales kiosk are impeccably maintained, visually appealing, and well-stocked at all times. Reporting: Provide daily reports on sales figures, customer feedback, and popular products to help us refine our strategy. Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate): An Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent verbal skills in both English and Malayalam , with the ability to speak clearly and confidently to a diverse audience. A Natural Storyteller: You are passionate and engaging, capable of captivating an audience with a good story. Polished & Professional: You have a well-groomed appearance and a professional, courteous demeanor that aligns with a premium brand. Confident & Proactive: You are outgoing, enjoy interacting with new people, and are not shy about approaching potential customers. Reliable & Independent: You are punctual, responsible, and can manage your responsibilities without constant supervision. Experience: Previous experience in promotions, front-line sales, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred. Experience with a premium or luxury brand is a major advantage.
